Further, Ziad has developed the first Custody and Clearing Department (Securities Department - CNC) in the Middle East and assisted in setting up 6 area departments covering Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.  He also played a major role in Jordan's first London Exchange listing for the Arab Potash Company Global Depository Receipt (GDR) and Jordan’s first corporate Euro-issue bond with Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (Floating Rate Bond FRN).
